Eid-ul-Adha Bayaan By A ‘Khalifah Of Senior Mashaaikh’
QUESTION: Can one attend an Eidgah where Mufty Zubair Bhayat of Darul-ihsaan will be delivering the talk?
ANSWER: One should NOT attend the Eid talk or any other talks, programs, or shows of scholars who have strayed from the original Ta’leem of their seniors. Look for another venue.
In bigger Muslim communities one will find more than one Eidgah, Insha Allah. If not, and one is compelled to attend an Eidgah where world renowned deviates will be blabbering (note: the Bayaans of Ulama-e-Baatil/government can NOT be called Bayaans. We dub them as blabbers), then while attending such an Eidgah, opt to rather silently engage in some Zikrullah and Durood Shareef. This will, Insha Allah, protect you from digesting any poison in the form of medicine – poison: meaning Baatil or/and anything going against the Ta’leem of the Pure and Pristine Shari’ah and our Akaabireen; medicine: meaning the blabbering of the Baatil scholars.
The Mufti in question has gone against the Ta’leem and Tareeqah of his late Shaykh Rahmatullahi alaih. His involvement in picture-making, enforcing Shaitaani and Dajjali covid Haraam and accursed protocols and supporting the deviates in their anti-Masjid amicus saga, intermingling with ladies, etc. are just a few major recent issues which strips him of his Deeni credentials. His hanging around with deviates simply shows how dangerous his Deeni background is. After all, the organization called ‘Darul Ihsan’ of which the Mufti is the Ameer of, is under the Haraam shade of UUCSA’s umbrella. The Mufti supports the Haraam playful so-called ‘Deen’ Team – a team which the Ulama-e-Haq do NOT support! The Mufti is also a member of the Board of so-called Haraam ‘Izzlamic schools’ – wherein secularism is blended with Izzlamism and a poisonous cocktail of these two ingredients are blended and served to students, whereby their background to Islam gets highly obscured!
Despite some scholars being senior in age, or may have had the once upon a time Suhbat of a great Shaykh, etc. the current activities of Mufti Zubair Bayat go against the Ta’leem of the Mashaaikh and the Shari’at. This is what is the criteria. Added to that, other very senior Khalifahs of the same Shaykh or Mashaaikh have reservations for such scholars. This is also a noteworthy point to consider.
So much so, that going against the Ta’leem of the clear Usools laid down by the late Shaykh automatically renders even the Khilaafat of such Khalifahs as invalid. Thus, such scholars despite being senior, are no more on the Tareeqah (method and teachings) of the Shaykh. Currently they keep their Silsilah (spiritual lineage/chain) vague by sufficing on words such as ‘Khalifah of senior Mashaaikh’. Who are these Mashaaikh?
After coming to know who these ambiguous Mashaaikh are, thereafter our current Mashaaikh will be able to guide us as to whether we can take Deen from them or not. Sometimes, a modern-minded scholar belonging to the TV-pop-star clique of scholars boldly claims, ‘Khalifah of so-and-so’. Upon investigating, one may either find that the ‘Shaykh’ himself has liberal ideas, or this pop-star ‘Mureed’ is going against his Shaykh’s disapproval of his activities. The Shaykh’s name was misused.
Sometimes a scholar may claim, ‘graduated from so-and-so Darul-Uloom’, or, ‘student of so-and-so senior prominent luminaries’. However, upon investigating just a little, one will find the same: either the student is misusing the Darul-Uloom’s name or the senior Asaatizahs’s names, or both, the Madrasah and the Asaatizah have opinions which go against the 1400-year-old unanimous Fataawa on certain simple issues like the Hurmat of picture-making as is rife in our current context and era.
Thus, we should not be fooled by the throwing of names. This name-throwing tactic is an old Shaitaani strategy of the Ahl-e-Baatil to distract the masses from the topic. We have to judge by the Shari’ah and by what the Akaabireen and senior respected Mashaaikh who are accepted by other Mashaaikh and who are not on Baatil, have issued verdicts on, support and subscribe to.
The above is a guideline for all and other similar related questions. When one is unsure as to whether a certain ‘reputable’ or ‘senior in age’ scholar is on the correct Tareeqah or not, Insha Allah the above will help.
May Allah Ta’ala keep us steadfast on the Tareeqah of Haq and guide all the deviated ones as well, Aameen.
