‘Kidnapper’ Of The Shari’ah Heading to Port Elizabeth – Beware!
“Have you seen him who takes his desires as god, and Allah has made him go astray despite having knowledge and has sealed his hearing and heart, and put a veil over his sight?” (Jaathiyah, Aayat 23)
“Then, We have put you on a Special Way (the Shari’ah), so follow it and do not follow the whims of those who have no knowledge.” (Surah Jaathiyah, Aayat 18)
“Knowledge is indeed part of your Deen. So be careful as to whom you accept your matters of Deen from.” (Hazrat Ibn Sireen Rahimahullah)
Question: Molvie Ebrahim Bham who is JUSA’s secretary general, is coming here to PE for a program. Even a jumuah program is given to him. Should we attend?
Answer: No, it is not permissible to attend any of his programs! Listening to his bewitched talks – as per the Hadith Shareef – will lead to one’s understanding of the Shari’ah being ‘kidnapped’. When a person is kidnapped, how much stress and trouble isn’t it for everyone? To a far greater degree of danger, trouble and difficulty it is when one’s understanding of the Shari’ah gets kidnapped by such ‘kidnappers’! This kidnapping will then lead to the ultimate objective of Shaitaan and Dajjaal, viz. the kidnapping of one’s Imaan!
Alhamdulillah, Port Elizabeth is blessed with the presence of pious and righteous Ulama-e-Haq who are very senior in age as well as in Ilm, the likes of Hazrat Moulana Ahmad Saadiq Desai – Saahib-e-Majlis – Daamat Barakaatuh and Hazrat Mufti Siraaj Desai Daamat Barakaatuh, who are respected and looked up to not only locally, but throughout the world. These two honourable Ulama-e-Haq are extremely rare and precious gems and jewels the town of PE have in its midst. Their Taqwa, Wara’ and powerful Naseehat shakes the hearts of the people not only of South Africa, but globally. Their standing for the Haq is well-known to even the deviates such as Ml Bham, the JUSA deviates, Radio ‘Izzlam’ deviates and every TV-scholar modernist. Sit in their Majaalis and programs to safeguard one’s Imaan and to gain a proper understanding of the Shari’ah without the slightest of dilution. In their Majaalis, one’s Imaan will not be tarnished neither one’s understanding of the Shari’ah be tainted in the least bit. In fact, in their Suhbat (company), they will ‘kidnap’ and ‘expel’ our Shaitaani and Dajjaali beliefs within us! And these Shaitaani and Dajjaali beliefs lurking in us can be in the form of subtle modernism, subtle liberalism, pictography, love for name, fame, glory, vanity and the host of similar evil qualities.
This is the total opposite of what happens at the bewitched talks of the modernists and liberals such as the scholar in question, who rubs shoulders with Mr Motsepe, Mr Ramaphosa and other politicians, as well as whose name has been stained with the abusive ‘shutting of the Houses of Allah Ta’ala’ anti-Islamic and anti-Qur’anic call of his in 2020.
Ml Bham is a genuine liberal and a modernist. He has turned his back on many Laws of the Shari’ah. He is a stubborn interfaith participant and a lover of the camera and videos. His mingling with strange ladies, rubbing shoulders with them, sitting next to them in TV-studios (Dajjaal’s office), standing next to them shoulder-to-shoulder while jumping on the streets in marches and standing beside them on stages when doled out money by the Motsepe Foundation, speaks volumes of which side his bread is buttered. It is absolutely Haraam to follow him, and to sit in any of his programs.
Regarding such scholars, the warnings under the heading of this article applies. May Allah Ta’ala save us from falling under these warnings and grant the scholars of modernism Hidaayat and Tawfeeq to rectify their ways before it is too late, Aameen.
Under the Aayat quoted from Surah Jaathiyah (Aayat number 23) in the top, Hazrat Mufti Shafee’ (Rahimahullah) states in Ma’riful Qur’an: “Thus anyone who undertakes to obey someone against the obedience of Allah makes him the object of his worship instead of Allah. There are people who ignore what Allah has made lawful and unlawful or what He has permitted or what He has forbidden. People who do not care what Allah has forbidden and follow their whims and fancies, their desires are their gods, in this sense, although they may have not uttered it in words.”
Ml Bham has shown no care for what Allah Ta’ala has forbidden in the Shari’ah! All forbidden acts have been justified under the newly invented pretext coined recently as, ‘difference of opinion.’
The explanation of Ma’riful Qur’an should clear the minds of those who may still have a slight reservation for the deviated scholars, who in actual fact, are the ‘kidnappers’ of our Shari’ah at the ransom demand of Shaitaan to water it (the Shari’ah) down, to prepare the stage for Dajjaal’s arrival!
Don’t attend Ml Bham’s talks and program wherever he may be hosted!
