Muslims Have Nothing To Do With So-Called [KUFR] ‘Christmas’!
Christmas is a pure form of KUFR and SHIRK. As Muslims, we should have nothing to do with it!
Muslims should have nothing to do with gifting gifts; buying or selling or using fireworks; wishing well; admiring ‘Christmas’ lights and décor; using words such as ‘Merry’ and ‘Happy’ for ‘Christmas’ or ‘X Mas’; etc.
As Muslims, we have our Days of celebrations such as the two days of Eid annually, as well as the day of Jumu’ah, weekly. These days are days for us to celebrate, within the Laws of the Shari’ah.
Unfortunately, in our country, many may have witnessed Muslim traders closing their business on ‘Christmas’ day, yet they trade on either one or both Eid days!
The least we can do if we are closing our trade on Christmas day, is to also close on Eid days as well. Worse is if Muslim staff are called to work by Muslim employers on Eid days despite the same business being closed on ‘Christmas’ day.
In these days wherein KUFR is at its peak, we should keep our Imaan refreshed by reciting the Kalimah, and also keep repenting from our sins with the continuous recitation of Istighfaar.
