Blessings Of Allah & Angels For Those Who Partake Of Suhoor

Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, “Verily, Allah and His Angels send Blessings on those who partake of Suhoor.”

NOTE:

  1. Suhoor, or Sehri, is the meal before the setting of Fajr time.
  2. A meal eaten after Tarweeh and calling it Sehri is NOT Sehri.
  3. In our current era, a good meal at Suhoor is highly recommended to avoid anger issues, fatigue, etc.
  4. A person should offer Tahajjud Salaah as well at the time of Sehri.
  5. Awakening for Suhoor for a meal but failing to perform Tahajjud is like a person gone to the Haram Shareef and returns without performing Umrah or Tawaaf. We will not hesitate to call him a foolish person who lost out on a golden opportunity, so too should we not miss out on the golden opportunities daily at Suhoor, especially in Ramadhaan.

May Allah Ta’ala grant us all Hidaayat, Aameen.
