Protest Marches Filled With Haraam And Immodesty – Justifying Such By Using The Names of The Akaabireen

Question

Those molvis who are supporting these protest marches and demonstrations present the following incident of Hadhrat Maulana Husain Ahmad Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) as their daleel for permissibility. Is this a valid daleel? Please comment. They are circulating the following:

“Extracted from the Malfoozaat of Mufti Mahmood HasanGangohi RahmatullahilAlayh:

“There was once a political rally held in Deoband in which Hadhrat Moulana Madnni Rahmatullahi Alayh, also participated. However, it was rally only for women. Thus, a woman desired to address the crowd. But Hadhrat Moulana stopped her saying. “Wait a minute! Let me speak first.” Hence, Hadhrat Moulana Rahmatullahil Alayh, did not allow anyone to speak in his presence. When he addressed the crowd, he spoke in such a manner that his head was completely lowered and his eyes were focused on his feet. He never picked up his eyes even once to look at anyone. He completed the lecture just before his lessons commenced and left immediately. The students did not have a chance to listen to the woman’s lecture.” (End of Mufti Mahmood’s statement).

Shaykh al-Hind Mawlana Mahmud Hasan said:

“As modern weaponry is lawful to repel the enemy despite not existing in previous eras, there is no hesitation in the lawfulness of protests & joint political acts, because for those who do not have weapons, these are the only weapons.

OUR COMMENT

At the very outset, let it be known that:

(1) We do not worship our Akaabir. We do not appoint them as ‘arbaab’ (gods) besides Rabbul Aalameen.

(2) Presenting the errors of the Akaabir as daleel is akin to kufr.

(3) Our criterion is the Shariah – the Qur’aan and Sunnah, not the views and practices of individual Ulama regardless of their seniority and status.

Now open your clogged brains to understand what Allah Ta’ala says in the Qur’aan Majeed. Reprimanding the Bani Israaeel (The Muslim Immah of bygone times), the Qur’aan says:

“They (Bani Israaeel) took their ulama and their buzrugs as gods besides Allah, and (they also took) Maseeh, the son of Maryam (as a god).”

Allaamah Abdul Wahhaab Shar’raani (Rahmatullah alayh) and other Fuqaha as well said: “He who clings to the nawaadir (obscurities, errors, and the like) of Ulama, verily he has made an exit from Islam.”

The error of Hadhrat Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) is itself sinful. How can the sin and errors of Hadhrat Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) override the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala? As said above, we do not promote our Akaabir to the pedestal of godhood as was the practice of Bani Israaeel. We are the Muqallideen of Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah alayh), NOT of Hadhrat Madani and NOT of Shaykhul Hind (Rahmatullah alayh).

On the basis of the Shariah, Hadhrat Madanai (Rahmatullah alayh) had grievously erred by presenting himself at a stupid political rally of lewd females who were not supposed to be present in even a Musjid for Salaat. By what stretch of Shar’i daleel did Hadhrat Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) understand that it was permissible for him to participate in kuffaar political rally organized by lewd women who had violated Allah’s command of remaining within the home confines? They brutally violated the prohibition and by immorally stepping into the public domain to participate in kuffaar politics.

Hadhrat Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) committed a most grievous blunder by addressing the crowd of lewd women who behaved like lesbians. Hadhrat Madani having lowered his gaze throughout his lecture does not mitigate his flagrant sin of being present at a public stupid kuffaar-type rally of lewd women. Hadhrat Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) had rendered a great disservice to the Deen with his emotional participation in Hindu politics, side by side with the worst kind of Mushrikeen.

Furthermore, it is satanically wonderful that the morons of our time suddenly present the erroneous views and practices of some of our senior Ulama to vindicate their haraam participation in haraam kuffaar style protest activities. These morons do not advertise the true lifestyle of these seniors who have erred on the political score. Besides their massive political blunders, these Akaabir were extremely orthodox and strict in the observance of the Sunnah. It is just a pity and extremely lamentable that they had committed such a terrible blunder to have thrown in their lot with the worst kind of mushrikeen – cow and idol worshippers, and drinkers of cow urine.

In their emotional participation with the Hindus, they succumbed to the Hindu majority pressure. Thus they caused massive damage to the Imaan and Akhlaaq of Muslims who already were suffering from gross Imaani deficiency.

The act of Hadhrat Madani (Rahmatullah alayh) – May Allah Ta’ala forgive him – has absolutely no validity in the Shariah. His act was haraam. How can a blunder of an Aalim ever constitute a daleel in the Shariah? The morons of our time are incapable of applying their brains to understand that participation in the blatantly haraam protests of these times is HARAAM.

As for the view of Hadhrat Shaikhul Hind (Rahmatullah alayh), namely,

“As modern weaponry is lawful to repel the enemy despite not existing in previous eras, there is no hesitation in the lawfulness of protests & joint political acts, because for those who do not have weapons, these are the only weapons.”,

it is also lamentable that this illustrious Aalim had erred in his understanding of the issue and of the cause of Muslim humiliation, and of the reason for the lack of weapons. Hadhrat Shaykhul Hind (Rahmatullah alayh) had failed to understand that the abject condition of serfdom and humiliation in which Muslims were grovelling was the Athaab of Allah Ta’ala. The Qur’aan and Ahaadith are replete with aayaat to confirm the veracity of what we are saying.

The Qur’aan states with clarity that Allah Ta’ala does not change the condition of a nation as long as the people themselves do not change their inner selves, that is, as long as Muslims conduct themselves as kuffaar, they will remain under the yoke of Divine Chastisement. Street protests and ‘joint political action’, kuffaar style, are HARAAM regardless of what Hadhrat Shaykhul Hind (Rahmatullah alayh) had said. It is haraam to present his error as daleel to justify haraam.

Muslims should not become deceived by the unprincipled argumentation of morons. These people who present the errors of the Akaabir as daleel and in the process seek to override the clear Nusoos of the Shariah are ZINDEEQS.
