“Mufti” Muhammad Ibn Adam Al-Kawthari – Another JUSA-Minded Liberal Scholar – BEWARE!

Ulama have sent us information detailing a lecture series of another imported scholar titled as “Mufti”, who apparently is the ‘“Mufti” of Darul-Ifta Leicester, UK’. It should be noted that JUSA is only comfortable with deviates. Allah Ta’ala states this fact in the Qur’an Majeed as well.
Not long ago it was Mr Omar Sulaiman who polluted the shores of South Africa with Dhalaal and Haraam. He was also given endorsement by JUSA and JUSA’s secretary general. The man, Mr Omar Sulaiman, is a genuine liberal, as proven in our articles issued then.
And now, this so-called ‘Mufti’ of a Darul-Ifta in the UK, is another liberal and modern scholar who is imported to the shores of South Africa. Are the Muftis running our Darul-Iftas in our country not sufficient to approach, to request for them to deliver priceless Naseehat from their Uloom they possess? Or is it because JUSA fears our South African Muftis to seize the opportunity and tackle the 100% Haraam activities JUSA is heavily involved in. After all, the Muftis of the country are well-versed of the Fitan of the country they reside in. On the other hand, as soon as the imported scholars land on our shores, they are misinformed of the situation of the battle between Haq and Baatil – of unity and disunity – in South Africa, as a result, they, who are not at all aware of the reality on the ground, utter much drivel based on what is drummed into them by their hosts and others.
Another possibility why JUSA fears our local Ulama is of their (JUSA’s) shocking experience they encountered during their Khatmul-Bukhari Jalsah in around the year 2023, wherein Shaykhul Hadith, Moulana Fazlur-Rahmaan Saahib used the opportunity to alert JUSA of their Haraam activities, albeit in Urdu (because Moulana Saahib speaks in Urdu). The translator, JUSA’s secretary general – Moulana Bham – was perhaps shaken with such a shock, that he made himself look like he had forgotten how to translate from Urdu, as he concocted his own words in English of the Naseehat of Shaykhul Hadith and presented it as a concocted, so-called ‘translation’ to the audience. We also came to learn that even that part’s audio recording went suddenly ‘missing’ after the Khatmul-Bukhari Jalsah. Allah Ta’ala knows best.
The fact that JUSA is allowing this ‘Mufti’ (Kawthari) who is active in liberalism a platform, proves of him fitting in the category of deviates whom the Ummah should be extremely wary of, just like JUSA, UUCSA, MJC, SANHA, Radio Izzlam, Darul-Ihsan, etc.. JUSA has found liberal like-minded scholars from abroad, who share similar ideas – the idea of watering down the Genuine Islam in order to welcome a Dajjali version of Islam, in preparation of the stage for Dajjal himself to ‘grace’!
Whether a person is a ‘Mufti’, or a ‘Mufti’ of a ‘Darul-Ifta’, it doesn’t mean he is from the Ulama-e-Haq. This ‘Mufti’ Al-Kawthari is a dangerous scholar – danger to the Imaan of the Ummah!
A QUICK BACKGROUND CHECK OF THIS SO-CALLED ‘MUFTI’ WHO SUITS JUSA’S LIKING, REVEALS THE FOLLOWING:
- A quick internet search leads to the net flooding with his photos. This shows he is pro-photos, something contrary to the view of the 1400-year-old Fatwa of the Shari’ah which the Ulama-e-Haq uphold.
- His circle of friends, or who he meets, or loves meeting, includes liberals and modern-minded people whose doings are Haraam such as; Mr Omar Sulaiman; Yasir Qadhi; Tariq Jameel; Ninowy; Some of these deviates are either inclining or have fully accepted the Kuffaar Shi’as as ‘Muslims’! “Birds of a feather flock together”, is the only English statement we can use to comment about this ‘Mufti’s’ circle of friends, or who he feels comfortable to meet.
- He attended the Haraam RIS Convention – a convention which replicates some kind of a concert event! Tons of Haraam is present at such accursed conventions.
- He entertains mixed gatherings.
- He endorsed the piece of trash titled as ‘Guidelines for gender interaction is Islam’, in which the Shari’ah’s 1400-year-old Golden Ruling of segregation was challenged.
- He allows Bid’ah Moulood! The least can be said that he endorses it, if not attends such Bid’ah ceremonies which none of the Sahaabah (Radhiyallahu anhum) ever celebrated. He is quoted on his X accounts as follows, “Sad to see the same debates & arguments regarding the Mawlid reoccurring every year in Rabi’al-Awwal”.
In short, this ‘Mufti’ who is coming to SA who JUSA is endorsing and allowing, is a danger. He will leave SA after sowing much modernism, liberalism and anti-Sunnah actions.
Be wary of him and don’t attend any of his programs! Be wary of JUSA’s plot of inviting liberal scholars from abroad to do the ‘dirty work’ of JUSA – of presenting a watered down version of Islam!
Rather attend the Majaalis of the Ulama-e-Haq of SA! Therein will one’s Imaan remain safe and one’s understanding of Deen will NOT be tainted or modernised!
