QUESTION: One of the Muslim females of the Flotilla is expected to share her experiences at a program. The program’s details are as follows, as per the poster:

ANSWER AND COMMENT: Instead, such programs SHOULD BE MISSED! In fact, it is Waajib to miss such programs!
A Muslimah is not allowed to attend a Fardh Salaah even with her abiding to all the Laws of Hijaab at a Masjid, how then can such a program be allowed?
A Masjid is a place men go to. There is no need for a woman to be called at a place frequented by men. Obviously, this is asking for mischief and trouble.
We have no words to explain further. This is a first of its kind we are been made aware of. There are just too many points to tackle under this topic. A sane Muslim with a little Imaan will need no further words to discourage him or her from such Fitnah programs.
We are not at all aware whether there will be intermingling at the Masjid itself, or outside the Masjid? We are also unaware if when she will share her experiences, will she be able to be seen or her voice will be heard by the men?
It is not at all permissible to invite a lady to a Masjid for a program, nor is it allowed to attend such programs.
