A Buzrug (who was unaware of the Mas’alah) had kept a dog. A Moulana informed him of the prohibition. The Buzrug, addressing the dog, said: “Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) has prohibited keeping dogs.”
The dog promptly departed and was never again seen.
