Don’t Take Deen From Such Organisations And All Ulama Councils Who Unite with Them!

Question: Perhaps you may be aware of the recent awards dished out by MJC in the 2^nd week of February 2020, which was held inside a church hall. MJC is part of uucsa, which stands for united ulama council of SA. Attached is a link to the news article discussing the details of this awards of the MJC. Kindly view, read and comment on it so that your readers and the Ummah in SA may become wary. We are seeing more and more of such flagrant wrongs committed by Ulama and Shaykhs. Recently, I received a picture showing the MJC Shaykhs and Mufti Zubair Bhayat (of Natal), sitting on chairs on either side of a Muslim lady who was giving a speech to the audience. What are we heading to? What future are these scholars setting ahead for our future Muslim community of this country? Request for Du’as

Answer: Nabi (Sallalallahu alaihi wasallam) said regarding the group you have queried about, and all other similar modern and liberal thinking TV–Radio Molvis, so-called ‘Islamic’ radio stations and organisations who don’t observe any Hijaab, men and women openly chat on-air and now even face-to-face as you described, and who are uniting under the ‘shade’ of their umbrella of united ulama council which is filled with Haraam liberalism, modernism, , secularism, carrion, shamelessness, TV, MMB, and ultimately the bulldozing of Islaam in our country and the uprooting of its Shari’ah, “Soon shall there be an age (era, time, like our current era we live in – COH) when the worst of the people under the canopy of the sky will be their Ulama. From them will emerge Fitnah, and the Fitnah will rebound on them.” (Mishkaat)

Thus, never ever will you find any Aalim or Mufti who proclaims the Haq, to take Baatil ‘shade’ under their fake umbrella of unity (i.e. united Ulama council)!

We have read the news article you sent. It sends shivers down our spine to even fathom as to how the Ulama bodies who are part of the united council (UUCSA) accept such an open Haraam act of the MJC. It really shocks us, that to this date, we have not come across anywhere in which any of the so-called Ulama groups who fall under the Baatil ‘shade’ of the umbrella of the United Ulama Council of SA voicing their concerns, distancing themselves, or at the least, offering MJC some sound Deeni advice.

In the link to the news article you sent, the news website explains the following brief background regarding the MJC:

“The MJC was formed 75 years ago on February 10, 1945, to fight against the system of apartheid.”

From the above statement of the news source, it is clear that the they understand MJC to be a political party consisting of perhaps politicians fighting against the systems of Apartheid, and not as an organisation of Muslim scholars!?!? (Subhaanallah!!!!!)

It is really sad that Ulama who have united with them have brought MJC under the Baatil ‘shade’ of their umbrella of united councils, thereby giving the impression to the laymen that MJC is regarded as a Muslim Ulama organisation.

Now, had the MJC consisted of proper, true, genuine, Allah-fearing and honest Ulama and Shaikhs, they would had never dare to step into the precincts of a church, forget entering in a church hall for a palpable Haraam function!

The MJC’s entering a church hall, dishing out awards in it and broadcasting it on media are all Haraam.

Today, modernised Ulama and Shaikhs are using church halls, tomorrow will they enter churches and deliver ‘Bayaans’??? Then begin worshipping the cross as is predicted in the Hadith??? Many of these modernised scholars openly promote interfaith talks!!!

Regarding the other organisations (like the Jamiats in Fordsburg and Durban and others) who unite with MJC under the ‘shadow’ of their umbrella, if none of them speak out and offer Naseehat to MJC regarding this Haraam church awards, then the general Muslims should abstain fully from taking any Deeni guidance from the whole lot of them.

May Allah Ta’ala grant them Hidaayat to repent in public since this awards ceremony was made public, and protect us from such evils which challenge Allah Ta’ala brazenly, Aameen.
