Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (Radhiyallahu anhu) reports Rasulullah (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, “Whoever stands in Ibaadat (Salaah, or any form of Nafl Ibaadat) on the night of Power (Laylatul-Qadr) with sincere faith (Imaan) and with sincere hope of gaining reward (Thawaab), his previous sins are forgiven” (Bukhari)
