JUSA’s Syllabus – Stay Away!

Question: Yesterday, on various WhatsApp groups, I’ve received messages and short articles alerting everyone of some dangerous content in the Tasheel Kitaabs of the Jamiat Fordsburg. Apparently, the explanation given under Surah Kaafiroon fully supports the interfaith meetings of nowadays.

Alhamdulillah, some senior Ulama-e-Haq of SA were e-mailed the question pertaining to this dangerous content. Their answers were also sent around in which, obviously, they do not endorse such content in the least bit.

I humbly request your comment regarding this (JUSA’s pro-interfaith content). Jazakumullah!

Answer: We are aware of the extremely dangerous content published in the syllabus of the Madrasah children’s Kitaabs by the group of scholars claiming to be the Jamiat of ‘South Africa’. It is extremely dangerous to interpret the Aayaat of the Qur’an Majeed to conform to our whims and fancies. Severe warnings are issued for this.

JUSA’s Darul-Ifta’s Mufti failed to answer a simple question regarding the Shi’as in a 7-min call recording that went viral. How then can we trust them to offer the Ummah correct Tafseer that conforms to the Ahlus-Sunnah Wal Jamaa’ah? The Mufti in the phone call recording was spinning the Mustaftee (questioner) around in the lines of ‘go to our website and read our (extremely lengthy – COH) document/book we have written regarding the Shi’as’. He miserably failed the Ummah – the Sahaabah (Radhiyallahu anhum, especially Hazrat Abu Bakr, Hazrat Umar, Hazrat Aaishah, Hazrat Mu’aawiyah Radhiyallahu anhum – by beating around the bush of the long, long outdated document.

Finally, when the name of a Shi’a priest that was/is in SA was taken on the phone call, the Mufti exposed his true abilities by claiming his ignorance about the chap that had already made his way into our Masaajid, subtly spreading Shi’ism!

If this is the state of JUSA’s Darul-Ifta’s Mufti – a Jamiat which claims to represent the Muslims of South Africa but fails to protect the Imaan of the Ahlus-Sunnah – then we must expect more and more of such disgrace to be unleashed in the near future since the Divine Promise of Allah Ta’ala has to materialize due to their SHUTTING down His Masaajid in 2020. The only way out is to make a public Taubah in clear and unambiguous words. Insha Allah, then we might change our above view in regard to them.

Regarding the interfaith propaganda made in the explanation of Surah Kaafiroon, we are not at all surprised at this due to the following undeniable facts:

  1. JUSA’s secretary general has already dedicated and (mis)used an entire Jumu’ah platform to promote his Jamiat’s Haraam and un-Islamic attendance and endorsements of interfaith meetings. Imagine! A Jumu’ah Bayaan which is the only Deeni program hundreds of Musallis attend to learn Deen, yet incorrect propaganda is made from this platform. What a Khiyaanat (breach) of Amaanat (trust) is this not!?
  2. JUSA and its members frequent Haraam interfaith ceremonies. Perhaps all of these Haraam ceremonies are coupled with many other major Haraam sins like: photography, TV broadcasting, music, women and intermingling with them, etc.
  3. JUSA has received money from some of the Haraam interfaith organizers (ref: Motsepe Foundation)!

Hence, it was just expected for them (JUSA and company) to use the Kitaabs taught to our Ma’soom children to poison their minds against the Haq and the Pristine Ta’leem of the Ulama-e-Haq when they (the Ulama-e-Haq) warn the Ummah about interfaith meetings. Parents as well as Ustaads teaching children should be wary of JUSA’s syllabuses. They should stay far, very far, from even touching JUSA’s syllabus for teaching our Ma’soom children. This is the duty of every parent and Ustaad.

It brings about great joy to note that various Ulama-e-Haq were asked about this dangerous content in the Kitaabs of JUSA and the obvious answers in this regard of the Ulama-e-Haq, Alhadulillah.

The one thing we would like to emphasis in bold letters is the following:

  • ALREADY, SINCE 2020’s MASJID COURT CASE, EVERY SINCERE MUSLIM WAS SUPPOSED TO BOYCOTT JUSA!
  • SINCE SENIOR ULAMA-E-HAQ HAVE DISASSOCIATED THEMSELVES FROM JUSA, AS LAYMEN, ALL SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HEED AND BECOME WARY OF AND DISTANCE OURSELVES FROM JUSA TOTALLY!
  • ONLY CONSULT WITH ALLAH-FEARING, PIOUS AND RIGHTEOUS ULAMA IN DEENI AS WELL AS WORLDLY GUIDANCE!
  • FREQUENT AND REGULARLY ATTEND THE BAYAANS OF THE SENIOR ULAMA-E-HAQ!
  • ABSTAIN FROM ANY SCHOLAR WHO IS INCLINED TOWARDS LIBERALISM, MODERNISM, YOU-TUBE, ANIMATE PHOTOGRAPHY, TV STATIONS, MIXING WITH WOMEN IN STUDIOS AND ON THE ROADS, ATTENDING INTERFAITH CEREMONIES, KEEPING SILENT REGARDING THE KUFR OF THE SHI’AS, ETC.!
  • READ, STUDY AND USE THE KITAABS AND LITERATURE OF THE ULAMA-E-HAQ FOR OURSELVES AND FOR OUR CHILDREN’S MAKTAB STUDYING!
  • LASTLY, DON’T BE BEGUILED AND FOOLED WITH THE DAMAGE CONTROLLED PRESS STATEMENTS ISSUED BY JUSA AND COMPANY. TAUBAH – OPEN AND CLEAR TAUBAH – AND THEREAFTER RETRACTION ARE THE ONLY OPTIONS TO CLEAR THE DUST IN ALL THEIR MATTERS!
