Question: Is it permissible for a Muslim lady to marry a non-Muslim?
Answer: It is Haraam for a Muslim lady to marry any non Muslim male. Reference is Surah 60 verse 10 and Surah 2 verse 221. Any person who considers it permissible is out of the fold of Islam and classified as a Murtad (apostate). It is compulsory upon the Ummah to boycott such miscreants.
