1. Ikhlaas (sincerity).
2. Unity.
3. Punctuality.
4. Compassion.
5. Contentment.
6. Protection of the gaze.
7. Do not give a student the opportunity of being alone with you.
8. Do not take personal service from a student.
9. Refuse with wisdom a personal gift from a student.
10. Do not address a student or speak to him in lowly terms (do not degrade and humiliate him).
TO THE ADMINISTRATORS
1. Keep the ledgers and accounts correctly and up to date.
2. Respect and honour the teachers.
3. Use kind language.
4. When there is a complaint regarding someone, do not react until you listen to his side of the story.
NECESSARY POINTS FOR THE TEACHERS
1. Express your capabilities (Isti’daad) initially (to the students so that they trust in your knowledge).
2. Taqwa.
3. Uphold your dignity and reputation.
4. Mercy and compassion amongst each other.
5. Proper explanation of the Kitaab.
6. To refrain from interfering/commenting on issues related to administration that is not connected to you.
7. Do not take personal service from a student.
8. Do not give a student the opportunity of being alone with you, especially an Amrad (beardless young boy).
9. If perchance an Amrad comes to you for some reason and you are alone, keep the door open.
10. Contentment.
