Natural Remedies (Body, Joints And Bone Pains)

Body Pains

Remedy: 1

– ½ cup apple cider vinegar

– 1 litre water

Mix and massage body with water.

Remedy: 2

– 2 Tblsp fine salt (must be table salt)

– ½ cup Epsom salt

– ½ cup apple cider vinegar (optional)

Dissolve above ingredients in a tub of water and sit therein for a considerable amount of time.

Remedy: 3

– ½ tsp turmeric powder

– ½ cup water

Have on an empty stomach in the morning.

Remedy: 4 

– 1 tsp of turmeric (arad) powder

– 1 glass of water

– 1 tsp of honey (optional)

Mix well and drink before meals.

Joints Pains

– 250g pure honey

– ¼ cup Methi (fenugreek) powder

– 2 tsp almond powder

– 1 tsp elachi (cardamom) powder

– 2 tsp ginger powder

– 2 tsp butter ghee

– 1 tsp nutmeg (jaifal) powder

Mix everything thoroughly and put in a bottle. Dose – 1 tsp daily after breakfast for 40 days.

Bone Pains

– ½ cup methi (fenugreek) powder

– ½ cup Ajmo (tymol seeds / caraway) powder

– ¼ cup black jeeroo (cumin)

Take 1 tsp
