Topic: Upon whom is Qurbani Waajib?
The following conditions makes Qurbani Waajib:
A Muslim male and female who is:
1⃣ Understanding (Aaqil)
2⃣ Mature (Baaligh)
3⃣ Resident (Muqeem)
4⃣ Possesses the Nisaab on any of the three days of Qurbani.
(It is not necessary that this amount be in one’s possession for a complete lunar year.)
