Tariq Jamil’s Call For Unity Refuted

25 Shawwaal 1439/9 July 2018

Tariq Jamil’s call for ‘Unity’ refuted, Alahmdulillah!

In his Durban venue on the 2nd July 2018, Tariq Jamil made some dangerous remarks, which, if not dealt with, could lead to the deviation of many laymen and even Ulama. Hence, we deemed it appropriate to mention just one point from his speech, which we requote the translation of it verbatim in English.

Kindly note, we refer to Tariq Jamil’s talks as ‘speech’, because, he is merely an orator who discusses unreliable Islamic content, as over a dozen Ulama of Pakistan unified upon. On the other hand, a ‘Bayaan’ is delivered by an Aalim of the Deen in its Pristine purity. Together with that, the Aalim of the Deen delivering the Bayaan will ensure that during his delivering of the Bayaan, no Laws of Allah Ta’ala are openly and willingly violated. For example, the Aalim of Deen will refuse his Bayaan to be videoed and streamed live on Instagram and YouTube—as was the case with some of Tariq Jamil’s speeches.

Tariq Jamil said in his speech: “The third point/advice. Here in (South Africa) live as one Ummah. Don’t live as a Deobandi or Barelwi. Don’t live as a Sunni or Shia transgressor. Don’t live as a Wahabi, Sunni, Shia, Sunni…”

Our response to the above: By saying the above, Tariq Jamil is trying hard to unite the Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah with the Shi’ahs. And this is exactly what the Cape Accord intended to do. But since the Haraam Shi’i  Cape Accord which was not even worth the paper it was written on, was fantastically demolished and smashed to bits and pieces by the Ulama and Muftis of SA, thereby the Shi’ahs suffered a great and tremendous loss, Alhamdulillah!

In this statement of Tariq Jamil, do we get the hint of some Shi’ism? Did Tariq Jamil try to resurrect the already dead and decomposed Cape Accord?
Let it be well known to the Ahlus-Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah seekers and followers that this statement of Tariq Jamil is indeed a dangerous statement to unite us with the Shi’ahs.
One should remember, Tariq Jamil is a supporter of the Shi’ahs. He went to their temples to deliver speeches. He claimed that the one who calls the Sahaabah Kaafir cannot be branded as Kaafir. Na’uthu-Billah! How clear isn’t the Shi’ism in this mitaken orator—one whom some Ulama and Radio Station in Gauteng promoted! Remember, some of Tariq Jamil’s speeches in his SA tour were delivered in halls in which the Kuffaar frequent for their shows etc.!

It is indeed a shame upon the Ulama body with their Radio Station, to promote the talks of Taariq Jamil by advertising his venues and broadcasting his speeches. These scholars and their Radio Station, so to say, have dis-mended the works, efforts, speeches and writings of the Ulama of the Haq in exposing the incorrect beliefs of the Shi’ahs, by supporting Tariq Jamil who himself is a Shi’ah supporter and is trying to unite the Ahlus-Sunnah with the Shi’ahs in SA in the name of unity!

The call of the hour is to stop supporting pro-Shi’ah entities, be it in the forms of Ulama bodies or Radio Stations. Listen to the preaching and teachings of the Ulama of the Haq. Consult with Ulama of the Haq. Insha Allah, by abiding to this, one will be securing oneself and one’s family from deviations and Shi’ism by people who come here to plant the seeds of corrupt Shi’i beliefs and chant the famous slogan of ‘Unity’, ‘Unity’, ‘Unity’.
Insha Allah, if time permits, we will continue commenting further on the speech of Tariq Jamil.
Requesting Du’as.
Was-Salaam
