The Aalim Visiting The Rulers

Hazrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullahi alaih) said:

“When you see any Aalim visiting the Qaadhi (judge) without a valid reason, know that he is evil. Regard him to be irreligious, and refrain from offering Salaam to him.”

NOTE: While the above is specific to a Qaadhi, in today’s era it applies to any ruler, politician and government. The least we can do to an Aalim visiting politicians and rulers/presidents is NOT to trust our Deeni information with him. We should seek and find an Aalim-e-Haq who we can ask our Deeni Masaa-il to gain the proper answers of the Shari’at without favour, etc.

ALhamdulillah, in SA, we still have plenty of such Ulama-e-Haq who we can ask Deeni related issues from. Just look around and you will – Insha ALlah – find one.
