The PEPUDA Bill

PEPUDA BillA Bill To Silence Religion!

Guaranteeing the existence of the Deen of Islaam even though the Kuffaar and the modernists as well as the scholars of the government (Ulama-e-government) may attempt to silence, alter (by enforcing un-Islamic protocols) and destroy by designing Bills which are actually designed by Shaitaan, Allah Rabbul Izzat declares:

“They want to extinguish the Noor of Allah (i.e. Islaam) with their mouths (by planning and designing Bills and protocols, etc.), but Allah will perfect His Light, although the disbelievers dislike it.” (Surah Saff, Aayat 8)

With regards to the proposed PEPUDA Bill which if passed, will (probably) disallow Ulama and leaders of all religions as well from discouraging their communities from the evils in society which are introduced by Shaitaan and adopted by his cronies such as LGBTQ, woman marrying more than one husband, etc.

In short, Masaajid, Madaaris, Khanqahs and other institutes and departments of Deen will be ‘state-controlled’. This Bill could also demand all Jumu’ah Bayaans to be first checked and approved by the state prior to it being delivered. A host of other similar Shaitaani sinister laws could be passed to destroy Islaam.

How should we as Muslims react to this? This could be a common question in the minds of many. Therefore, we have penned the following few steps that could help us, Insha Allah.

(1) Salaah: Every Baaligh male should present himself in the Masjid for the daily five Salaahs. It is senseless we complain of a Bill that could take away our religious rights, but we are negligent of this basic-daily Ibaadat! Many men who are gifted with the Qur’an Majeed in their bosoms (i.e. Haafizul-Qur’aan) fail to attend the daily Fajr Salaah! How then can we expect Bills to be passed in our favour if this is our attitude? Salaah in the Masjid attracts the Aid of Allah Ta’ala. The people of the community wherein Musallis frequent the Masaajid are saved from the Punishment of Allah Ta’ala!

Therefore, from today, let us make a firm intention to be present in the Masjid for ALL Salaahs. One should introduce a punishment on oneself if one happens to miss a Salaah with Jamaat due to sheer laziness.

(2) Du’a: A powerful weapon every Muslim is equipped with! There is simply no ‘license’ or ‘rules’ to use this weapon in the sense of Tahaarat of the body, clothes, place, etc. Therefore, whether one meets the requirements (Sharaa’it) of performing Salaah or not, one may still use this weapon called Du’a.

One of the most effective times to make Du’a is at Tahajjud. Wake up for Tahajjud and make Du’a after reading at least two Rakaats of Tahajjud. Ask Allah Ta’ala to fail and foil the plots, plans, Bills, etc. made and designed by the Kuffaar against Islaam. If one misses Du’a at the time of Tahajjud, then make Du’a anytime during the day. Du’as between Azaan and Iqaamah are also accepted!

(3) Sins: Muslims are drowning in the tsunami of sins. The accursed and HARAAM animated photography, videography, TV, movies, You-Tube videos, cellphones and livestreaming of such content are major sins. Sins don’t attract the Mercy of Allah Ta’ala! We should immediately STOP the sins we commonly do. Chuck the TV out of our homes. Cellphones which are used for animate photos, selfies, videos and other online videos, games, etc. are NOT cellphones, rather they are HELLPHONES. In other words, such devices are so to say ‘pieces of Jahannam’, since they are tickets for one’s road towards Jahannam!

There are other major sins such as intermingling with the opposite gender, wearing un-Islamic attire, listening to music, taking loans from the bank, buying cars on bank-loans, eating Haraam and doubtful food (‘Halaal’ logos don’t mean anything!), introducing un-Islamic protocols in the Masaajid such as wearing masks, social distancing, etc.

Discarding sin makes Allah Ta’ala happy. Then, His Rahmat will be attracted which is much required in this current era wherein Islaam is under attack!

(4) Objecting to the Bill: Every Muslim must know that it is imperative for him/her to object to this Bill. A simple message in the following lines, ‘I (your name and surname) do not agree with this Bill.’, ‘I am against this Bill.’, etc. will be sufficient, Insha Allah.

Send your objection via e-mail by the 30th June 2021. Do your part for the protection of Islaam! Encourage family and friends to do the same.

E-mail address to which all objections should be sent: fbhayat@justice.gov.za

Alhamdulillah, the Wifaaqul-Ulama of SA are collecting the names of Muslims who have objected. Therefore, after sending your objection via the above e-mail address, click on this link to record your objection with them: https://wa.me/message/FYAIMX3ATCLRD1

(5) Ulama-e-Haq: Listen and follow the Ulama-e-Haq. Take Deeni guidance from Ulama-e-Haq. Listen to their Bayaans, etc. Discard listening to Radio ‘Islam’, Channel ‘Islam’ and other radio stations which air the voice and views of Ulama-e-government. Worse is to watch iTV on which these ‘Ulama’ appear.

Don’t listen to scholars who claim to be representing SA Muslims! They are known to be on Baatil. How then can they represent SA Muslims? Yes, they may be representing the scientists, medical experts, etc. of their ilk and not the Muslims who are following the Haq. These scholars have enforced the protocols of the atheists in our Masaajid!

One such scholar of theirs who has issued an article on this Bill wherein he calls to object to this Bill, yet he is objecting to Allah’s Constitution and Rasoolullah’s Constitution! To this day, he social distances in his Fardh Salaah in the small town he resides in and wears a mask in Salaah. These are direct acts of disobedience to the Laws of Allah and His Rasool (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam)! Yes, once a clear apology is forthcoming from them for their objecting to the Masjid court case, TV, participating in interfaith meetings, etc. then we shall change our view on them!
