Trust in Allah

Once after three days and three nights of starvation, hunger and thirst, drove Hazrat Uwais Qarni Rahmatullahi alaih to the mountain side where he began eating some leaves. suddenly he saw a mound of gold coins near him. he ignored the gold. Soon thereafter he saw a goat with a loaf of warm bread in its mouth. Again he paid no heed to the goat with the bread. Then the goat spoke and explained: “O Uwais! This is your Rizq sent by the True Razzaaq (Provider). Hazrat Uwais then took the bread and expressed his Shukr to Allah Ta’ala.
