Hazrat Huzaifah (Radhiyallahu anhu) reported Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) as saying:
“Indeed, in the future there will be a rising of rulers who will lie and oppress. He who affirms (i.e. approves) their lies and assists them in their oppression is not from us (i.e. Muslims) and I am not from him, and he will not come to me at the pond of Kauthar. And he who does not affirm their lies and does not aid them in their oppression is from me (i.e. my followers) and I from him, and very soon shall he approach me at the pond of Kauthar.”
