Is JUSA Really 100yrs Old?
Very recently, a very senior Aalim of South Africa stated some facts regarding JUSA’s 100-years of existence. In the light of those points, we have penned the following:
- JUSA is NOT 100 years old. For about 68 years, the old-JUSA was in existence which was ruled by Ulama-e-Haq who upheld the Laws of Deen. This was from 1923 to 1991. Hence, the real JUSA existed in that era.
- From 1991 till 2001, JUSA remained on the Ta’leem of their original founding senior Ulama-e-Haq.
- From 2001 – when JUSA’s current secretary general prayed for Kuffaar under crosses – till 2023, a total of 22 years, the JUSA we see today is totally different to the previous old-JUSA.
- The difference between the old-JUSA and the modern new-JUSA in just one simple aspect which is so glaring is that the old-JUSA’s Ulama-e-Haq stood firm and united against the apartheid government of that time who wanted to demolish a particular Masjid in South Africa.
- Noteworthy is the fact that the old-JUSA’s Ulama-e-Haq of that time never have much proficiency in the English or Akrikaans language. Yet, they fought the apartheid government. They perhaps couldn’t speak in flowery language like that of today’s modern JUSA’s Ulama-e-government, nor did they sit in TV studios side-by-side with ladies, nor did they have panel discussions on Radio so-called ‘Islam’ with women who are part of the panellists, nor did they have Haraam pictographic zoom webinars like the modern JUSA’s scholars have today. The one thing for sure which they had was that THEY WERE ON HAQ.
- Alhamdulillah, till today, the Masjid they stood up for and fought the government of their era, stands as a witness for their efforts and love for the Masaajid. Till today, the road is half-built that was supposed to be the reason for the demolishment of the Masjid, and another road had to be built that passes around the Masjid, due to the victory of the real JUSA’s Ulama-e-Haq for preserving one of Allah’s Houses. Allahu-Akbar!
- The modern new-JUSA’s scholars called for the closure of the entire country’s Masaajid five days before lockdown and government’s law! Without any form of real pressure, they quickly called for the closure of the Masaajid across the entire country.
(Thereafter when they were caught with their ‘pants down’ for this heinous crime of closing the Masaajid when they met a senior Mufti Saahib of Natal, they quickly sought to become technical and claimed they only called for the ‘suspension’ of the Masaajid, not the ‘closure’ of the Masaajid. Alhamdulillah, this was easily debunked with JUSA’s own writings by the Mufti Saahib who never fell for their trap.)
- Then when an application was made in court by a group of Muslims and their lawyers who seemed to have had a strong case in the matter, the same new-JUSA became accursed Amicus Curiae – friends of the court. Hence, the tables turned against the Muslims and the Masaajid-lovers of South Africa. What a terrible disservice is this not from the new-JUSA.
- Not only that, JUSA and its type scholars claimed the Masaajid to be the ‘sooooooper spreaders’ of covid. By this, they discouraged Masjid-loving Musallis from going to the Masjid! Innaa-lillaahi-wa-innaa-ilaihi-raaji’oon!
The glaring difference between the old-JUSA and the new-JUSA is evident in the above points. Hence, JUSA’s claim of being 100-years old is not true. It’s a white lie! Old-JUSA who were upholders of the Deen and Haq existed for about 68-years old and the current new-JUSA who are the demolishers of the Deen and advocators of Baatil are now in existence for only 22-years.
It is a white lie for new-JUSA to go town-to-town and LIE in Allah’s Houses about them being in existence for 100-years!
Public Taubah and public apology of their recent anti-Islamic activities are the only way they can be saved from further Divine Disgrace heading towards them!
We urge new-JUSA to do so before it is too late!
