Female ‘Ustaadah’ Lecturers – Beware!

Female, Modern & Liberal ‘Lecturers’

Coming From Abroad To Pollute Our Shores & Undoing The Teachings Of Our Ulama-e-Haq!

  1. Muslims of South Africa should refrain from attending ‘talks’ and ‘lectures’ of anyone who permits, allows and displays by word or action the permissibility of animate pictures and videos. Generally, such individuals’ views are extremely modern and liberal. They leave their poison of liberalism and modernism in the hearts’ of the listeners. (See point 8 regarding how one should be Islamically wary of the company one adopts.)
  2. It is Haraam and alien-to-Deen – the Genuine Deen of Nabi Sallallahu alaihi wasallam, not the watered down and modernised version of ‘Deen’ promoted by modernists and liberal scholars – for females to lecture and deliver ‘talks’ and ‘speeches’ in public venues.
  3. It is Haraam for men to look at strange women and vice versa. How then can it be allowed for a so-called ‘Ustaadah’ or any female with an Arabic title before her name to lecture from a podium on a stage to a gathering where men are present without any Shar’i Hijaab?
  4. The demand of the Genuine Deen, as indicated to in the Qur’an Majeed, is that a woman’s voice is Purdah and requires concealment from the ears of strange men.
  5. In the light of the above, she is Islamically NOT allowed to – just to mention a few:
    • Call out the Azaan.
    • Call out the Iqaamah.
    • Recite the Talbiyah audibly during Haj/Umrah.
  6. In fact, the Teaching of the Genuine Deen is that a Muslim woman is entirely ‘Awrah’ (somebody who needs to be concealed). This includes her voice, name, shape of her body, etc.
  7. It is mindboggling to note of recent females lecturing or organized to lecture at halls and resort-type venues to a gathering mixed with men and women. This is totally HARAAM.
  8. The above points should be carefully studied in the light of the following to know that Deen demands one not to adopt the company of people who are liberal minded, etc.:
    • “You will be (on the Day of Qiyaamah) with whom you loved.” (Bukhari)
    • “A man is on the religion (way of life) of his friend. Thus, each one of you should be wary whom he takes as his friend.” (Abu Dawood)
    • “Knowledge is indeed part of your religion. So be careful as to whom you accept your matters of Deen from.” (Muqaddamah of Muslim Shareef, Hazrat Ibn Sireen Rahimahullah)

It is Haraam to buy tickets to attend a ‘lecture’ at a hall-type venue delivered by a female! Save your Deen and abstain from attending such Haraam lectures!
