Comments On JUSA’s Secretary General’s Audio Clip – The Following Points Were Made:

Nabi (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, “The most evil matters in Deen are those that are newly invented. And every newly invented matter is an innovation (Bid’ah). And every innovation (Bid’ah) is misguidance (Dhalaalah). And every misguidance (Dhalaalah) is in Jahannam.” (Nasaai)

Many people forwarded an audio clip of 1 minute 43 seconds of JUSA’s secretary general, which is a founding and active member of UUCSA. In this audio clip, statements were made which we shall – Insha Allah – offer comments on in order for laymen not to be misled into confusion by such utterances and objections by the secretary general.

Before commencing our comments, it is vitally important to note that these days we should totally discard, ignore and AVOID listening to the talks, etc. given by scholars whose true colours have clearly shown them preferring atheist-made and government-made laws over the Shari’ah, the Sunnah and the teachings of the Ulama-e-Haq.

Also, the Jamiat (Fordsburg) is the very same entity which has led-down the Ummah, the Sunnah and the Shari’ah in many ways. The mere fact that they supported the closure of the Masaajid and went to court to solidify their support for such a Shaitaani deed is enough to gauge their level of treating Deeni related issues in its seriousness.

Imagine how many ‘Pegs of the Ummah’ (punctual Musallis) were forced NOT to go Masjid in the midst of a ‘pandemic’ wherein attracting the Mercy of Allah Ta’ala to remove the ‘pandemic’ would had been by frequenting the Masjid.

Imagine how many aged Musallis who had made the Masjid their ‘second home’ were deprived of attending their ‘second home’.    

To gain a healthy understanding of JUSA, it is vital to see who and what they are and stand for. In this regard, the following points are recorded which are publically known since they are perpetrated in the public domain by JUSA and some of its scholars:

  1. Appearing on TV
  2. Posing for photography
  3. Uploading animated videos on their social media pages
  4. Openly supporting Kuffar-sports
  5. Openly supporting Kuffar teams and star players
  6. Discarding the Fardh Law of Hijaab (Purdah)
  7. Attending functions wherein intermingling takes place
  8. Promoting secular (godless) education
  9. Allowing ladies to speak on-air
  10. Sitting side-by-side with ladies in TV-studios
  11. Having a very close relationship with the atheist-government and corrupt politicians
  12. Inviting such atheist politicians to Eidgahs to address Muslims
  13. Attending the world cup match
  14. Taking animated photos/videos (when distributing hampers, etc.)
  15. Attending interfaith meetings wherein KUFR is dinned into the ears of the audience
  16. Appearing not to be in contact with the Ulama-e-Haq of South Africa
  17. Closing the Masaajid BEFORE it becomes law
  18. Not speaking out against the Shi’as and their KUFR
  19. Supporting the MMB Bill and its court case
  20. Approving of commercially killed chickens as ‘Halaal’

These are just a few activities which are in the public domain. Hence, one cannot say, ‘We are picking on faults’, or, ‘We are digging for faults,’ etc.

Insha Allah, in our next part, we shall comment on the statements made by JUSA’s secretary general in the audio clip we have received.
